Adore Global Ops is looking for a detail-driven Finance and Business Analytics Associate to support financial modelling, reporting, and strategic decision-making across our Southeast Asia operations. This role suits graduates who enjoy numbers, forecasting, and translating data into clear business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting systems

• Develop break-even, margin, and revenue forecasting models

• Track and analyse performance across Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia

• Prepare investor documents and fundraising materials

• Assess cost structure, inventory flow, and operational efficiency

• Work closely with the CEO and COO on planning and strategy

Requirements

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Econometrics

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Good understanding of financial statements

• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills

• Fast, organized, and detail-oriented

• Fresh graduates welcome
